Hudson Valley moves into phase four

HUDSON VALLEY – The region moves into phase four of the COVID-19 reopening today (Tuesday).

Governor Andrew Cuomo made the announcement Monday.

Those business categories included are higher education, low-risk outdoor arts and entertainment, low-risk indoor arts and entertainment, media production, and professional sports competitions with no fans.
