WHITE PLAINS – State Police in Westchester County have investigated several larcenies from vehicles in and around the Somers area.
Police advise vehicle owners to protect themselves from becoming a victim by following a number of guidelines including:
- Do not leave your vehicle unlocked.
- Remove your keys from your vehicle, including spare keys.
- Do not leave valuables in your vehicle unattended.
- Close the windows.
- Park in well lit conspicuous areas.
