TUXEDO – A 24-year-old Clarkstown man, who was involved in a verbal altercation with another man, has been charged with striking the man with his 2018 Ford Explorer.
After the assault, Dylan Macrino left the scene.
Town of Tuxedo EMS treated the injured man and transported him to Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Macrino, meanwhile, came to the State Police barracks in Monroe where, following an interview, was arrested on charges of assault, criminal mischief and reckless driving.
He was remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail, $7,000 bond or $35,000 partially secured bond.
