GOSHEN – Police said a bicyclist was killed after being struck by an SUV in the Town of Goshen Wednesday afternoon.
The accident occurred shortly after 1 p.m. at Craigville Road and Johnson Road.

The cyclist was wearing a helmet, police said on the scene.
There was no word on whether the victim was male or female and there was no word on the condition of the SUV driver.
Craigville Road was closed for much of the afternoon between Ridge and Hulstown Road while Goshen Town and State Police conducted an investigation.
