CARMEL – Putnam County business owners had specific questions as to what they can and cannot do as phase three of the economy begins in the Hudson Valley.

The county relies on tourism as a business sector with much of the Cold Spring area relying on that.

County Tourism Director Tracey Walsh said all areas of the county will be promoted for their tourism attractions.

“I think that, at this time especially, although everyone is recovering, our Cold Spring friends actually appreciate the fact that we are not only focusing on one area of the county,” she said.

County business leaders offered guidance for those entrepreneurs that are allowed to reopen their doors.
