POUGHKEEPSIE – The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office along with the Child Advocacy Center arrested a Town of Ulster man in connection with an investigation into the sexual assault of a child.
Patrick Finkle, 27, was arrested on June 17 and charged with having sex with a victim under the age of 15 over a three-day period.
Finkle has been charged with felony second-degree rape and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child. After being processed he was arraigned and released to county probation pending a future court appearance.
The investigation is continuing.
