Orange County distributes PPE to phase two businesses

TOWN OF WALLKILL – Owners of businesses that will be allowed to reopen on Tuesday as part of the Hudson Valley’s phase two economic recovery as we continue to face COVID-19 were provided with free personal protective equipment by Orange County Government in Saturday.

The items, ranging from face shields and masks to hand sanitizer, were distributed in a number of locations including at Wallkill Town Hall.

Orange County Health Department representative Danielle Mosher said hundreds of people who will be re-opening their businesses on Tuesday picked up supplies. Most were hairstylists.

Distribution sites includes in Newburgh, Middletown, Port Jervis, Warwick, Monroe and Wallkill.
