MIDDLETOWN – Cornerstone Family Healthcare is offering COVID-19 and antibody testing at its mobile health van in the City of Middletown over a three-day period.
Appointments are required; 40 to 60 appointments will be available each day. Call 845-563-8000.
The tests will be administered each day at Thrall Park, 42-21 Grove Street in Middletown, on Thursday, June 4 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with 60 appointments available; Tuesday, June 9 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with 60 appointments available; and on Thursday, June 11 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with 40 appointments available.
You do not need to be a Cornerstone Family Healthcare patients or have insurance to be tested. Bring your ID and Medicaid or insurance card, if you have one. All are welcome regardless of insurance or immigration status.
Tests will be provided on a first come, first served basis.
Test type will be administered at the provider discretion. Results are not immediate.
If you have a mask, Cornerstone asked that you wear it.
