VALLEY COTTAGE – Clarkstown Police have identified the victims of the Tuesday, May 26 homicide in Valley Cottage as Wanda Castor, 63, and her daughter, Kathleen Caster, 27, both of Valley Cottage.
The two women were found shot to death.
The infant child of Kathleen, who was also found in the 104 Lake Road residence, was placed in the custody of Child Protective Services.
