A University of Connecticut senior is wanted by police in connection with a double murder and at one point on Monday, authorities thought he may have been in western Orange County.
Police radio reports said Peter Manfredonia, 23, was spotted crossing the Mario Cuomo Tappan Zee Bridge and was believed headed to Westbrookville in Orange County.
Later in the day, authorities said he was spotted walking along railroad tracks in East Stroudsburg in Pennsylvania’s Poconos.
Police said Manfredonia may be traveling with a woman and was believed armed and dangerous.
