ROCK TAVERN – A Rock Tavern man was arrested after he led police on a chase that started on the Taconic State Parkway in East Fishkill and ended in Rock Tavern.
The State Police Traffic Incident Management Unit along with State Police from Troop F arrested Robert DiGregrio, 29, at his home.
Police attempted to stop him for a vehicle and traffic violation in East Fishkill at around 10:30 a.m. Saturday but he would not stop.
He drove his 2006 Dodge Charger over the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge and was finally arrested at his Rock Tavern residence.
DiGregrio was charged with unlawful fleeing a police officer, reckless driving, aggravated unlicensed operation and various V&T violations.
He was issued an appearance ticket returnable in East Fishkill Town Court.
