ELLENVILLE – Village Police in Ellenville have arrested a man wanted in connection with a November 2019 burglary at Ellenville High School.
Police responded to a reported medical call at 17 Maple Avenue on Monday and upon arrival they heard yelling from inside the residence.
A search found a man, identified as Larry Santosky, Jr. of that address, hiding in the bathroom.
A warrant had been issued for his arrest and he was taken into custody on charges of felony burglary and misdemeanor conspiracy.
Santosky was arraigned and released without bail under the new bail reform laws.
Ellenville Police were assisted at the scene by the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office K-9 unit.
