CATSKILL – A Catskill man was remanded to the Albany County Jail following his arrest on Thursday, May 14 in Catskill.
An investigation by State and Catskill Police resulted in the arrest of Ashawn Abbott, 44, on several counts of felony criminal possession of a controlled substance, including with intent to sell, as well as misdemeanor drug possession and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
Police executed a search warrant obtained from Columbia County Court and seized some 70 grams of cocaine, four grams of oxycodone, and over $1,500 in cash.
