MONTICELLO – Monticello Mews, a 302-unit apartment complex, is under review by the Monticello Village Planning Board.

The six-building development, proposed by applicant and developer Greg Jacobson, would be constructed on West Broadway in three phases.

Phase one would contain two buildings with a total of 112 units. Phases two and three would each have two buildings containing 95 units each.

There would be a total of 604 parking spaces – two per unit – with some covered.

The development contains what the developer said is family-friendly green spaces and connections to existing sidewalks stemming from downtown Monticello.
