WOODBURY – A tractor-trailer truck accident on the eastbound Thruway in the Woodbury area near exit 16 Monday afternoon slowed traffic as vehicles drove past the large vehicle.
The southbound entrance ramp was blocked due to recovery of the vehicle.
There was no immediate cause for the accident, and it was unknown if there were any injuries.
