KINGSTON – The Ulster County Sheriff’s Office has charged an Accord man with the felony of aggravated family offense and the misdemeanor of criminal contempt.
Deputies said the charges against Richard Jarvis, 31, allege that he violated an order of protection on April 21 by making several phone calls and sending e-mails to the protected party listed on the order.
He was remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
