There are many things that I would like to do when the COVID-19 quarantine is lifted. The first thing that I would like to do after the quarantine is to go on a “Burger Tour,” because I love cheeseburgers! My order is simple, just the burger with cheese on a bun with ketchup, no lettuce, tomato, onion, etc. for me. Some restaurants are offering curbside pickup or delivery, but for me and my family, it isn’t the same as going to the restaurant and dining there. Some places are closed entirely. Most of the restaurants in our area have good burgers, so I definitely want to make a few stops after the quarantine ends.

In no particular order, these are some of the places that I would like to visit after the quarantine is lifted: Red Robin, Five Guys, County Fare Millhouse, Dutchess Biercafe, and Zoe’s Ice Cream Barn. Right now, I’m sure that everyone has that one restaurant that they want to go to for that specific dessert or dish that is exclusive to that place, but they can’t because of the quarantine. That’s kind of how I feel with going out for burgers at these places. Each place is different.

Of course, we can have burgers at home. My dad’s burgers are my favorite. I especially like when he makes them at my cousins’ house on the grill, and that would add in another thing I would like to do when the quarantine is lifted. That would be go to my cousins’ house and spend non-virtual time with them. I haven’t had my dad’s burgers in a while, and I hope we can have them soon. Not only that but that we can go out without worrying about the Coronavirus.

I hope that when the COVID-19 quarantine is over, we can go out again without worrying. We’ll be able to do this soon, thanks to the real heroes, frontline workers. Just like burgers, all people are different, but that makes us special. Oh, and one more thing. Hold the pickles!
