NYPD corrals vehicle of interest in Clarkstown shooting

NEW CITY – As Clarkstown Police continue to investigate a shooting on West Burda Place in New City on Friday, New York City Police stopped a vehicle of interest in the Bronx on Saturday and the occupants were determined to have been involved in the incident.

Police provided no other details including the identities of those in the vehicle and if any charges were filed.

The Clarkstown Detective Bureau is continuing to investigate this incident, anyone with information is asked to contact the them at (845)639-5840.

The victim of the shooting, a 29-year-old man, was listed Saturday in serious but stable condition.
