FBI offers $10,000 reward in hunt for fugitive in Town of Wallkill murder

TOWN OF WALLKILL – Police are offering up to a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Jamaad Murphy, who is wanted in the murder of Matthew Napoleoni outside the Made in Puerto Rico Latin Cuisine and Sports Bar in the Town of Wallkill.

Napoleoni, 23, was shot on November 3, 2019, at the sports bar at 505 Schutt Road Extension.

Murphy is described as five-feet, 10-inches tall, about 180 pounds, with a tattoo on his left arm that reads “Rachel.”

Anyone with information about Murphy’s whereabouts is asked to call the FBI New York or the State Police at 845-344-5300.

Murphy has ties to North Carolina and could be in that area. Murphy is to be considered armed and dangerous.

Police have released a surveillance video of Murphy the night of the murder in the event someone recognizes him.
