SAUGERTIES – A 58-year-old man was stabbed to death and Saugerties Police said the suspect in the killing was also located and is dead.
Saugerties Police early Sunday morning found the man’s body of Old Kings Highway in Katsbaan in Saugerties. He had been stabbed several times.
Police said the murder appears to be an isolated incident and there is no concern for public safety.
Saugerties Police detectives processed the area and are awaiting final results of forensic testing.
