ORANGE COUNTY – Sarah McKay, Executive Director of the Orange County Arts Council (OCAC) has announced programming available for youths and adults that accessible from the comfort and safety of your home.
Together in Art allows viewers to visit the world’s most famous museums from all over the world, without having to travel. OCAC has made it possible through Google Arts and Culture. Through a computer, users are able to visit the Uffitzi Gallery in Florence, Italy, view the Mona Lisa at the Louvre, and more than 2,400 other museums around the globe. OCAC is also offering educational, curriculum-based content that is fun for the kids according to McKay. The Center for Puppetry Arts has a whole range of free live programming for children. Young students can watch curriculum-based workshops and Digital Learning interactive puppet shows from home.
