MONTGOMERY – A 20-year-old New Paltz man has been arrested by Montgomery Town Police after they conducted a sexual assault investigation.
Aziz Tariq Islam allegedly engaged in sex acts with minors in Montgomery.
He was charged with the felony of criminal sex act and misdemeanors of sexual misconduct, sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
He was remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail, $50,000 bond or $200,000 partially secured bond.
The case is pending grand jury action.
