POUGHKEEPSIE – The Chazen Companies has announced that Graham Kenney, Building Code Consultant and Robert Anic, Director of Building Code & Life Safety Services have joined the company’s Westchester County office located at 1 North Broadway in White Plains.
Kenney has 14 years of experience in architectural design, structural engineering, and civil engineering. Previously, Kenney worked for Hirani Engineering and Land Surveying as Lead Inspector and Project Manager where he worked on several inspection projects on Long Island. Kenney graduated from The New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) with a B.S. in Architectural Technology and lives in Cold Springs.
Anic has over 17 years of experience in the interpretation of building codes and zoning ordinances within the New York City area. As a previous Project Manager with RPO, Inc., Anic was responsible for guiding projects from design through certificate of occupancy and is a NYCDOB Class 2 Code and Zoning Representative. Anic is also a volunteer firefighter for the Town of Scarsdale where he resides.

Chazen’s team of Building Code & Life Safety Services provides building code and zoning review, permitting support, inspections, code analysis, and code interpretations to both public and private clients. This group is made up of professional engineers, New York State Certified Code Enforcement officials and International Code Council certified individuals.
