PORT JERVIS – On Saturday, March 7, 2020, at 11:00 am, Mayor Decker will be welcoming the new management and expanded menu of Simply Cheesecake, a “ Café and Bakery” with a grand re-opening.
Chefs Randy Hazen and Susan Webers have a combined forty years of experience as chefs. Hazen started as a chef at the Playboy Club in Vernon, NJ and last was a chef at Diamond Mills in Saugerties, NY. Webers worked as a chef at the Patisserie Fauchere in Milford,PA and at the Kartrite Resorts and Water Park and was the pastry chef for Cellaio Scott Conant Restaurant at Resorts World Casino in Monticello NY.
The cafe is located at 84 Front Street in Port Jervis. The new menu offers soup, salads, sandwiches, desserts, cakes and of course cheesecakes.
