POUGHKEEPSIE – A 26-year-old Poughkeepsie man has been arrested on two counts each of sexual abuse and unlawful surveillance for allegedly sexually abusing an unconscious person who was helpless and incapable of consent.
The investigation found Michael Innello had filmed himself abusing the victim.
Innello was charged with two counts each of sexual abuse and unlawful surveillance, all as felonies.
Police believe Innello may have abused other victims who associated with him and were filmed without their consent.
