Monsey man charged in religious school break-in

NEW CITY – Clarkstown Police, Wednesday, arrested a 34-year-old Monsey man for a burglary at a religious school on January 31.

The incident occurred at Ashar Adolph Schreiber Hebrew Academy at 360 New Hempstead Road in New City.

Aharon Greenfield was arrested on a warrant and charged with burglary, criminal mischief and grand larceny, all as felonies.

He was arraigned and remanded to the Rockland County Jail pending a future court appearance.
