HIGHLAND – A 67-year-old man has been arrested and charged with the felony of failure to register as a sex offender because of a prior conviction.
Lloyd Town Police said Clifford Brantley was found living at the Valley Vista Assisted Living Facility in Highland since 2017 and failed to register as a level three sex offender and failed to disclose to the facility administration or police that he was classified as such.
Brantley was released on an appearance ticket as per the new bail reform law and is due back in town court next week.
