PFAS exposure assessment in Newburgh

NEWBURGH – The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry have announced the launch of the PFAS exposure assessment in the City of Newburgh.

Residents are invited to attend an informational session about the PFAS exposure assessment. Scientists will provide information about the program and exposure assessment, the participant recruitment process, and upcoming PFAS testing to be conducted.

The meeting will be held at the Newburgh Activity Center from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, February 11.
