KINGSTON – The Ulster County Sheriff’s Office has charged a Stone Ridge man with felony criminal mischief and a misdemeanor of criminal trespass in connection with an incident in the Town of Rosendale.
In the early morning hours of Tuesday, January 28, deputies responded to a suspicious man in a garage on Route 32. An investigation alleges Travis Eggleston, 32, broke into the garage and caused damage to the owner’s property.
He was released with an appearance ticket to appear in town court at a later date.
