HIGHLAND – While Kaliek Goode-Ford of Newburgh remains in the Orange County Jail on three counts of murder for killing three family members in their Route 300, Town of Newburgh home last Sunday morning, police continue to search for the murder weapon.

Authorities have been mum on the whereabouts of the gun Goode-Ford used to kill Jimmy Crisantos, 27, his wife, Shatavia Crisantos, 26, and their nine-year-old son.

But, for the second day in a row, State Police divers have been on the Hudson River off Highland searching the cold, murky waters of the Hudson for clues, and in particular, the weapon.

A three-year-old Crisantos son who was also shot sustained several wounds and is in the hospital. A five-year-old boy was able to escape the carnage.
