HILLCREST – A Spring Valley man was arrested on Thursday, January 23 on charges of misdemeanor assault, criminal obstructing of breathing and endangering the welfare of a child.
The 20-year-old man, who police did not identify, was charged in connection with a January 20th incident in Hillcrest in close proximity to a one-month-old infant.
The defendant was arraigned and in compliance with the new state criminal justice reform, he was released without having to post bail. He was advised to appear in court at a later date.
