Bubakoo's Burritos is coming to New Windsor.

NEW WINDSOR – Bubbakoo’s Burritos, a nationwide brand known for its Mexican-fusion style cuisine, continues to expand with its newest establishment at 113 Temple Hill Road in New Windsor.

The “surfer and skater-style” chain was founded in 2008 by restaurateurs Bill Hart and Paul Altero. Their shared vision was to create something different; a select-your-own-burrito restaurant with fresh ingredients, and a strong focus on customer service.

Bubbakoo’s Burritos menu consists of many innovative choices to satisfy a wide range of dietary needs and appetites. Patrons can customize their order by selecting an entrée such as a burrito, bowl or tacos, and then filling it with their desired proteins, toppings and one of eight exclusive Bubbakoo’s sauces. With endless combinations, our customers can create something different every time they visit.

A wide array of choices await patrons of Bubbakoo’s.

Since the opening of their first location in Point Pleasant, New Jersey, Bubbakoo’s Burritos has grown significantly. With 31 active restaurants across five states, Bubbakoo’s Burritos is a national success that will only continue to flourish. In the next four months, Hart and Altero plan to establish several new locations in New Jersey and New York, starting with New Windsor. Hart, originally from Albany, NY, looks forward to working closer to his hometown.

“We’re so excited to expand into new areas and getting to know the fresh food fans in the communities surrounding our restaurants,” says Hamin Patel, Franchise Owner of New Windsor Bubbakoo’s Burritos.

The New Windsor location will open its doors on January 31, 2020, and a grand opening will follow.
