SPRING VALLEY – Village Police in Spring Valley now say a male driver of a car that struck an apartment building at 7 Prospect Gardens at 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday was shot before the car crashed.
The victim has been identified as Juvenson Paul, 28, of Spring Valley.
A dark color four-door sedan, possibly occupied by three people, was seen fleeing the scene of the homicide toward Ewing Avenue in Spring Valley.
The investigation is continuing and Spring Valley Police ask anyone who may have information about the incident to call them at 845-356-7400.
