SPRING VALLEY – The driver of the car that crashed into a building at 7 Prospect Gardens in Spring Valley at around 10:30 Tuesday night was murdered, Spring Valley Police said Wednesday.
The victim was a Spring Valley man in his 20s, whose name police did not make public.
The investigation is continuing and police ask anyone with information about the incident to call them at 845-356-7400.
