HYDE PARK – Town Police in Hyde Park are investigating reports from students at FDR High School that there were illicit photos posted on Snapchat of students at the school.

Town Police along with Hyde Park School District officials, the Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office and the State Police Computer Crimes Unit are currently investigating the situation, which was reported on Sunday, January 12.

“The Hyde Park Police Department wants to warn students and residents not to ever take and share illicit photos of themselves with anyone,” said Police Chief Robert Benson. “These photos are often forwarded and shared with people without permission.”

Benson is requesting that anyone with information about this case call 845-229-9340 to report it.
