Bronx man arrested for June 2019 KJ robbery

MONROE – State Police have arrested a Bronx man on Wednesday in connection with an armed robbery in the Village of Kiryas Joel that took place on June 20, 2019.

The incident occurred around 5:15 p.m.

Troopers at the Monroe barracks have now arrested Jean Ysabel-Guerro, 30, and charged him with armed robbery and criminal possession of a weapon.

He was arraigned and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail or $200,000 bond.

An order of protection was issued for the victim.
