KINGSTON – The Ulster County Sheriff’s Office has arrested an Esopus woman on felony charges of burglary, criminal mischief, grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property.
On January 7 at about 6:30 p.m. deputies responded to a prior burglary of a residence in the Town of Hurley. The investigation alleges that Samantha Swanson, 20, damaged the residence by breaking in and then stealing several items.
She was arraigned and released to reappear in town court at a later date.
