GARDINER – Ulster Savings Bank would like to invite the public to an opening reception at their 2201 Route 44/55, Gardiner branch on Friday, January 17, from noon–2 p.m. to celebrate their latest exhibit by quilter Diane Fenical. Her exhibit of hand-made quilts will be on display at the bank through February 27, 2020.

Diane, an avid quiltmaker for over twenty years, creates quilts in all sizes—from lap to king-sized pieces including wall quilts, table runners, and placemats. “Quilting has become a passion of mine,” she admits. Several of her ‘Quilts of Valor’ were given to the troops at Walter Reed Medical Center in Washington DC. She has won several ribbons for her creations at the Country Quilters Guild shows in Pine Bush.

For more information concerning the exhibit, please contact Briana Purdy, Gardiner Branch Manager, at 845-255-4262, ext. 4401.
