LUMBERLAND – Fighting a three-alarm fire at 574 Proctor Road, Camp Brookwood, in Lumberland late Friday morning posed a problem for the Lumberland Fire Department.
They faced a serious shortage of manpower to address the fully involved building.
Fire departments from neighboring communities in Sullivan County as well as Port Jervis in Orange County were called in to provide manpower and tankers for water.
A fire investigator was also called to the scene.
