MID-HUDSON/CATSKILLS – The roads are a sheet of ice this morning as freezing rain has been coming down.
As a result, all Sullivan County offices are closed with the exception of 24-hour facilities like the Care Center and 911.

Initial weather forecasts had predicted up to seven inches of snow before changing over the freezing rain.
The forecast now is calling for freezing rain and drizzle all day-long with temperatures barely reaching 30 degrees.
