WEST NYACK – Clarkstown Police are investigating the armed robbery of a 22-year-old gas station attendant at the Mobil on the Run store at 116 North Route 303 in West Nyack at 3:25 a.m. Tuesday.
The victim told police that two men entered the store, one brandishing a handgun. Both suspects came around the counter and demanded money.
The victim turned over an undetermined amount of cash.
The suspect with the gun struck the victim on the back of the head causing no injury.
The men ran from the store in an unknown direction. A search of the area had negative results.
The suspects are described by the victim as dark skinned men, both wearing black masks covering up to their eyes.
