NYACK – A Blauvelt man is in trouble with the law after he was found sitting in the rear of a parked vehicle in the Artopee Way municipal lot in the Village of Nyack early Saturday morning.
When an officer stopped to question the man, identified as Christopher Rascoll, 48, of Blauvelt, he learned the vehicle had been reported stolen in Stratford, Connecticut on November 26.
Rascoll was also found to have outstanding arrest warrants in both the towns of Orangetown and Clarkstown.
He was arrested and arraigned in Orangetown Court and turned over to Clarkstown Police.
