NEW WINDSOR – The whereabouts of Jessica Lopez, the 36-year-old Newburgh woman who has not been heard from for 20 days, may be domestic related, New Windsor Police Chief Robert Doss said Friday.

“We have learned that Jessica was with a known acquaintance of hers at the Windsor Motel on November 3 and we are exploring the possibility that her disappearance is domestic related,” the chief said.
