KINGSTON – The number of single-family homes sold in Ulster County in the first 10 months of the year remained flat when compared to the number sold in the same time period of 2018, the Ulster County Board of Realtors reports.
A total of 1,348 homes sole from January through October 218 compared with 1,349 sold in the same period of 2019.
The average selling price rose by 6.4 percent, going from $278,332 to $296,059.
During the month of October alone, the realtors association reported sales fell by 5.3 percent when compared to the same month last year. The average price rose by 12.8 percent, going from $287,552 in October 2018 to $324,495 this October.
