MARLBOROUGH – Police in the Town of Marlborough are investigating an armed gas station robbery.
Police responded to the Sinclair gas station at 1364 Route 9W at about 2:25 a.m. on Tuesday, November 12 for a report of a man entering the business armed with what appeared to be a semi-automatic handgun. He assaulted the employee before leaving on foot with an undetermined amount of money.
Marlborough Police are being assisted in the investigation by the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office and District Attorney’s Office.
