TOWN OF NEWBURGH – Police, fire and EMS personnel are scouring the Town and City of Newburgh area for a 36-year-old woman who has not been seen or heard from in over a week.
Yessica Lopez was last seen on Friday, November 1 at Chili’s restaurant at the corner of Routes 300 and 17K.
Her car, a silver Toyota Camry, was located at Showtime movie theater, not far from the restaurant, according to her brother, Ernesto Lopez.
State and local police are searching in the area of Tarr Road and helicopters are flying over treetops by Lake Street and Snake Hill area.
She is described as being five feet, three inches tall, weighing 135 pounds, with light brown eyes and brown hair with highlights.
