WHITE PLAINS – A man with addresses in West Palm Beach, Florida and Pleasantville, New York was arraigned on Tuesday on charges related to an attempt to take a sexually explicit photo of a small child.
John Passaretti, 51, was arrested on Tuesday by Port Chester Police with assistance of Pleasantville Police after a complaint was made that he may have photographed a young child in a sexual way.
The incident was captured on a home nanny cam system. Westchester DA’s criminal investigators aided in the technology investigation.
Passaretti was arraigned and remanded to the Westchester County Jail.
