WHITE PLAINS – A Port Chester man was arraigned on Tuesday on charges related to committing sex acts with a child under 13 over the course of six months or more.
Fermin Jaimes, 46, is charged with felony course of sexual contact against a child as a felony. Bail was set at $20,000 cash or bond.
Prosecutors alleged Jaimes subjected the victim to several acts of sexual contact on multiple occasions in the first half of 2016. The child disclosed the abuse to a friend and then to her mother.
Port Chester Police arrested Jaimes on Tuesday.
