POUGHKEEPSIE – The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Wappingers Falls man following a larceny investigation.
It is alleged that Curtis Parks, 48, illegally obtained $29,817 in daycare provider payments between October 2015 and May 2017 by allegedly failing to disclose past arrests that would have made him ineligible to receive those payments.
Parks was arrested on Tuesday, October 22 and charged with felony grand larceny.
He was arraigned and released to reappear appear in court at a later date.
