BREWSTER – State Police have charged a 16-year-old with felony rape and sexual abuse, both in the first degree.
During the investigation, troopers from the Brewster barracks learned the crime was recorded and posted on social media.
Police warn that the dissemination, sharing or viewing of this video is a crime and subject to an arrest.
The 16-year-old was remanded to a juvenile detention facility on $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
